HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It was 1987 when Sally and Otis Marston first opened the doors to the charming Craftsmen cottage breakfast and lunch restaurant known as “Marston’s” in Pasadena. With a change in ownership in 2000, Chef-Owner Jim McCardy committed himself to the same high quality of food and service for which Marston’s has always been known. Chef Jim opened Marston’s in Valencia in 2011 expanding his culinary creativity to dinner and happy hour, where he continues today.
