Their breakfast menu is so popular that Chef Jim cracks 7,200 eggs per week and serves up 8,000 pieces of French Toast per month. Marston’s Fantastic French Toast is famous for its sourdough dipped in vanilla egg batter and rolled in corn flakes. Add ‘The Works’ to top it with fresh berries, candied pecans, and whipped cream.
