Since 2000 Chef Jim has led Marston's to recognition by Zagat as #1 for breakfast in Los Angeles and named the "Best Breakfast in California" by The Food Network Magazine.
It was in 1987 when Sally and Otis Marston first opened the doors to the charming Craftsmen cottage breakfast and lunch restaurant known as "Marston's" in Pasadena. With the change of ownership in November, 2000, Jim McCardy, Chef-Owner committed himself to the same high quality of food and service for which Marston's has always been known.
In 2011 Chef Jim brought Marston's to Valencia. Marston's Valencia serves lunch and breakfast as well as happy hour and dinner. You can enjoy your meal in our indoor dining room or bar, or outside on the patio.
